Registration includes attending the conference, welcome reception cocktail, lunch during the conference days, conference dinner, coffee breaks and conference proceedings.

 

For every accepted paper at least one registration fee (or additional paper fee for the same registrant) must be paid by October 10th, so that the paper can be included in the Conference Program and published in the Conference Proceedings.

One full registration gives right to present one paper and its inclusion in the conference proceedings. The publication and presentation of additional papers is possible under the extra payment of 150 EUR per paper.

​

Papers have a maximum length of 6 pages. To each additional page corresponds the payment of 50 EUR.

​

Accommodation is not included in the above charges.
